Sourdough crumpets topped with Peanut Butter & Jam
1 cup of discard starter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Combine ingredients together until fluffy
Cook in a greased, medium heat pan using egg rings for shape and height
When the tops have harden remove rings, flip and continue to cook until both sides are golden
Serve with Boasted Peanut Butter and Jam
Yummy weekend breakfast and a good way to use up your discard starter.
